How to write a via-venue address?

I have seen on this website on how to write an address when sending via-venue, but I can't find it to save my life.
When I write to a celeb. via venue would it be formatted the way shown below?

Celeb's Name
c/o Venue Name
Venue street/PO Box
Venue town and state, zip code
