These coupons covered the cost of shipping back to the US at (usually) no charge to the recipient. They cost about $2.20. There is no equivalent in place and so no there will be no easy way to send to foreign countries. Including a few bucks of American cash or even a few stamps (in case they end up training in the US at some point) may help.
I've never used IRCs, I usually just throw $2 in the envelope with my TTM. It's worked for some (Okami, Yoshiro Maeda, Yoshiyuki Yoshida, DH Kim, Huerta).

BIGBLUUUUUUUUUU!
You need to tell me where to send for DHK my friend! ;)
I have been successful with out-of-the-country ttm returns also & I don't use IRC's.

Been out of the game for awhile because I started a writing gig. But started back up a week ago. Not exactly the start I wanted. "Refuesed" from Vinny Magalhaes today.

I chatted to Vinny on twitter about that a couple months ago.
c/o XCouture right?
He said he was cool with fanmail & he didn't know they were doing that.
Besides at this point he might not train at XC much anymore (like a few of their other guys like Dunham & Pile).
Now he's mostly at Syndicate MMA & soon he'll be going out to Team Quest in Tualatin, OR for Chael's camp.

Thanks for the help! I'll try re-sending to Quest.
