On sending via venue?

Hello!
I've never sent via venue, but I am soon
Ok, so the production for the movie i want to send via venue to is march 4.
When should i send out my request for an autograph/fanmail if I live in CA and the production place is in New Mexico?
PS: I am trying to reach the actor Michael Fassbender via venue.
Please and thank you!
PSS: what happens if I accidently send it before production starts, (like by a little bit) or if it arrives while they're filming?
Is that ok?

You should be fine if you send it about 3 days before. It shouldnt take long for it to
reach New Mexico.
