Re: Missy Franklin Success!
did i read that right the admin called the user Missy franklin i.e the name of the celeb!!
Re: Missy Franklin Success!
No home addresses is not admin's rule, it's something I feel should be though - would you want your home address posted on an open-to-all website? I wouldn't.
There is no information on the success posted so there is no need to be so rude about it, CHIgrapher.

I personally feel that no "private address" successes should be posted at all.James wrote:No home addresses is not admin's rule, it's something I feel should be though - would you want your home address posted on an open-to-all website? I wouldn't.

Erm, well done for knowing the poster. They still didn't state here that it was a home address, or indeed any further details about the success as per forum rules. And, no there is no set "admin" rule about home addresses. Well done there, nothing like calling someone out on two points and being wrong on both of them.CHIgrapher wrote:Wrong on both accounts. I know the poster... He used a home addy.Twelveby12 wrote:CHIgrapher wrote:
It's a HOME address admins!
How dare you break your own rules and ask for it!
It wasn't stated anywhere it's a home address. In fact the post provides none of the information about the success, aside from the images.
Also, I don't think Admin ever stated that home addresses could not be posted. That's user based action.
And according to the rules... Home addys aren't supposed to be posted.

And if you are going to try to insult people, at least learn how to use the quote function on this forum properly. It's not difficult.CHIgrapher wrote:Jaffer wrote:Twelveby12 wrote:

You are both idiots.
Lol I think you are correct on both counts

Re: Missy Franklin Success!
I'd be more concerned about the address being available to the high percentage of morons and idiots who seem to populate this site now.James wrote:Agreed 100%Jaffer wrote:I personally feel that no "private address" successes should be posted at all.James wrote:No home addresses is not admin's rule, it's something I feel should be though - would you want your home address posted on an open-to-all website? I did use a private address, I do not wish to share it. No you are not entitled to it.

Then as an admin... Why do private addy successes get posted all the time with no repercussions?
Either fully allow it... or don't. Don't pick and choose who you punish and who you don't.
Or just get more competent admins to do their job. Sorry no offense.
