actually you have to be patient, cause it takes at least a month before he sends it off, and if you keep sending the email then it will take longer to get one. he is actually probably catching up on all the requests. he will provide the photo for you. i received one about a week ago. and it looks totally different from what this one does. congrats on the success though he is great to his fans!!
