Well, first off, this should be in the Collecting Help forum, but here are a few answers.

IRCs DO work in China as far as I know.

All the successes from Jackie that I've seen are REAL!!

I'm not sure about the address so I'll defer that question to someone else

China [china] Country (although if you accidently put Hong Kong it should get through)

Jackie is a great signer TTM and sends out authentics! IRC's will work, as China is part of the Uninversal Postal Union. I sent an IRC with my request and photos, and he did use it.

Your cousin must be really lucky

I originally sent him a letter, and didn't see a response. So, I sent him another letter with photos, SAE & IRC's and got the photos back signed

I would recommend at the very least send IRC's and SAE with your request.
