Creating OWN COA???

I have some autographs which I know are 100% authentic and I have wanted to get a COA for them but it's much too expansive...they chagre $40 per signature etc.
So, I was doing some research and apparently you can create your own, you just need to find a tremplate. I found atemplate and at the bottom it has a place for a signature. Who would sign it? Also, what goes on the certificate.....what type of description etc.

The made at home kind probably won't help you sell any autographs.Pretty much all it is that you say it's real and sign it. They are very sketchy and make people skeptical. If you want to sell and have a good reputation your best bet is to use a authentication service like PSA. http://www.psacard.com/services/auto_au ... tion.chtml Yes, it's expensive, but it adds an extra layer of proof.

Basic info that COAs should have are:

--Name of the person who signed your item
--What the item is (8x10 photo, baseball, etc.)
--Name and signature of the person/company who is guaranteeing the authenticity
--Contact information (phone number, business address, etc.)
--A statement that says something along the lines of, "this autograph is 100% authentic and is guaranteed for the life of the item or your money back"

Some optional info would include:
--Date/location of the signing if known
--Image of the item so that no one can use the COAs with their own fake item

A COA is only as good as the person or company who is backing it.
