Buy shares of a large company such as Microsoft, Harley-Davidson or Johnson and Johnson. Consider a large investment to gain a nice return. Invest through dividend reinvestment plans for $100 investments or more.

No thanks, I'll continue with my silver investment. Seeing QE3 has no end in sight. Fed printing is theft from our 401K, and savings. But thanks for the advice. Buying shares outside of a mutual fund would be highly irresponsible... Troller!
