It only takes a couple days from the UK to the USA or Canada. You don't have to send so early. Likely it will get binned. So, wait until April to send.

A couple days? Really? According to what they told me, it takes from 8 to 15 days from Paraguay to the USA (and Canada as well I guess) and Europe in general!

My letter arrived in 3 days, so I don't know. Guess it depends on where you are?

No problem! I'm a Ringer/Tolkienite, so yeah... All I know is that the main cast will be there (all the dwarves plus Martin). Andy Serkis is done with Gollum and he said that he will not be needed for second-unit directing. Cate Blanchett & Hugo Weaving did their principal shooting within one week, so I don't if they'll be back. They're mostly filming the Battle of Five Armies (if you've read the book, you know what I'm talking about), so Lee Pace, Orlando Bloom, Evangeline Lilly, Luke Evans, Billy Connolly will probably be there. As for the others, I have no idea, but I will try contacting Stone Street Studios about it in May.
