I entered a competition on facebook and won a poster for the new film I give it a year which has been signed by SimonBaker, Rafe Spall, Rose Byrne and the director Dan Mazer. This is my favourite success because I love Simon Baker and he is usually so hard to get.

I have a few questions though:
1) How can I preserve it, as it cant be fitted into a wallet and the acid of a photo frame might damage it?
2) I know that simon baker is on the left and dan mazer on the right, but i cant tell which is rafe spall and which is rose byrne of the centre two?

Re: I give it a year signed poster
Rose Byrne is at the bottom and Rafe Spall is by their heads underneath the E and the A.
Re: I give it a year signed poster
You can keep it in the tube and it'll be fine, or if you want to display it, you need an anti-reflective type of glass. If you take it to a framer and tell them you want it framed using glass to protect the signatures from sun damage, they can definitely help you out. It's expensive. I have a ton of signed posters that I've kept rolled up in the tubes, and some signed photos in regular frames, just away from sunlight. My experience with autographs fading is that things like t-shirts are most vulnerable - especially when they're just put in a box or hung in a wardrobe. You need to spray it pretty much the same day it's signed with a spray especially for preserving ink on fabric.

@Rachel Yeah, I went to a framers and got quoted £100. Probably because it is 40"x30", but it's a lot more than I want to pay at the minute. Also, wouldn't the cardboard tube it's in damage it, because it contains acid?

Not in my experience having kept posters forup to 10 years..maybe in another 10 or so? Not sure.
