I did find stamps on eBay, like in this listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2012-A-to-Z-of- ... 5d331199bd

How many first class stamps do people usually put on their envelope? I'd prefer to be safe rather than sorry and put on more than needed.
That's a total of around £10 above market value, just so you can gauge against others.

Well, it seems like the buying/selling section is fairly quiet. Someone else recently asked for UK stamps there, and there haven’t been any replies to his/her post. Looks like eBay may be my best option, although of course the prices will be marked up to make a profit.

I tried to order UK postage today from royalmail and it kept telling me that my phone number was invalid to make the purchase. I'm currently waiting on an e-mail from their customer service group to help me out with that. I've also called 4 post offices in my area and no one even knows what an IRC is! So much for that. It's very frustrating. I'm tempted to just mail the letters and photo off and hope that they send it back if I include the envelope.
This is pretty much the same situation I ran into. The one person who did know what IRCs were made it very clear that the post office does not and will never carry IRCs.

At this point, I think the best thing to do would be to try to get some UK stamps. I think it would be neat if I could get some of those Doctor Who stamps to use for autograph requests to Doctor Who cast members.
Most wanted: Maggie Smith, Sylvester McCoy, Christopher Eccleston, Peter Capaldi

IRC's have been withdrawn from sale in several countries, the UK and more recently the US.

These can be posted to international addresses via the order form on Royal Mail's shop ;)

As per my post above you can't buy IRC's in the UK anymore, so they will not be available from Royal Mail's shop.

Anyone looking for UK stamps irock may be able to help link

Does anyone have a place in particular they go to buy actual prints/photos to have autographed? I'm not finding much on eBay. And it's mostly glossy prints on eBay. I've heard mixed things on whether glossy, matte, or lustre is preferred.
