sent 3 photos to the address in the database on here
got back today 2 small pre printed photos
so success sort of for pp and fail for no photos back

She is best to get via venue...I wrote to her a few times at theatre a few years back with fantastic results, didn't know she sends out preprinted photos, sorry for you, hope you get better success if she is ever at theatre again....keep your eyes peeled on London Theatre Guide website, it has great info.
