US via venue stamps help

Unread post by stevothorne101 »

Hi,

About a month ago i sent a request to a theatre production in New York, I live in the UK and i sent a SASE with 10 45cent forever stamps on the return envelope (A4 carded back).

Can someone please tell me (I know its too late, but so that i can have hope in a reply) if there is a limit to how many stamps that can be put on the envelope? I put 10 45cent forever stamps ($4.50), it looked pretty over the top but i wanted to put what i thought was enough postage.

Thank you in advance for any help

As far as I know there are no limits for stamps {up}

I don't know if you've sent vv before but all the celebs reply differently, some during the performance, others 1-2 years later!

Personally I think you're putting too much on your envelope. According to USPS standards your A4 envelope is considered a "flat".
These are the rates:

Flats
Weight Not Over (ounces) | Price
1oz = $2.05
2oz = $2.90
3oz = $3.75
4oz = $4.60

Hope that helps.
