NO MORE IRC'S IN USA - DAMN POST OFFICE ! - WHAT TO DO????
I live in the Bronx, NY. How can I send a SASE to let's say, Sophia Loren in Switzerland? Thanks!
I got no lace on my undershirt!
Re: NO MORE IRC'S IN USA - **** POST OFFICE ! - WHAT TO DO?
You would need stamps from the return country on your SASE or some of their paper currency included in the request envelope.
Members trade and sell stamps in the Autograph Exchange/Sale section of the forum.
Currency can be gotten through a bank or travel agents.
There are many topics about this in Collecting Help if you want to have a look.

Thanks - I do the work myself all the time. I first went to Collecting Help Forum but everything there is outdated now.

The Sticky threads yes but I answer this exact same question multiple times a week there, how to do US to UK, Germany to UK etc etc.cagneyfan wrote:Thanks - I do the work myself all the time. I first went to Collecting Help Forum but everything there is outdated now.
Please do not tell me the information is outdated, it's rather an insult to be told all the time i spend helping people there doesn't matter!
Right now there is a 3 page current and active thread on sending from US to UK.
The methods are the same, you've just got to change the place names and apply the same principles.
