Do you guys think Stephanie McMahon still signs through the mail? I was planning on giving it a try when I send out a few more later this week. However, I was wondering if anyone has tried her in the last year and can say if she has stopped signing or its hit or miss.

She signed briefly TTM. She hasn't signed since 2009. You can waste your stamps if you'd like, but I'd advise you not to.
