A lovely photo, sadly a pre-pen signature, a copy of her signature. This is quite common, where the agents/managers send photos out on behaft of their clients. Their clients do not see the mail, such a shame.

Congrats on your success, and ignore the above post. This is just not true. There is a difference between a pre-printed photo and a pre-SIGNED photo, like the one you have here. It is (as far as a TTMer could be sure) authentic.
