Advice/tips on sending abroad especially America

Unread post by JKAutographs »

Hi, please could any of you give me any tips or advice on sending abroad especially America? I know there are options to buy International stamps but at this time, it may not be possible.

I don't really want to not send a SASE or whatever to a celeb abroad in case I get a RTS or no reply whatsoever.

So if you could give me tips or advice, it would be really be appreciated. :)

Thank you :)

Err, I'm not sure. If you don't want to potentially waste money on stamps, and you can't use IRCs, I don't know how many other options that leaves you. Sending abroad usually does involve either getting the appropriate stamps, or sending off IRCs. Some have sent off cash, but that has its challenges and risks too.

I can help you so that you can calculate how much postage you'll need for a US package (your return package), and give you some tips that way, but I'm not sure what to suggest other than stamps and IRCs.

I really don't know what you are asking either.

The options for sending internationally are IRC's (if your country still sells them), stamps/currency from the return country.

From your posts you are already aware of all of those so what I can advise you on I do not know.

You can send requests without paying for the return postage but there is no guarantee you will get anything back.

So it's either spend money or not send honestly.
