I didn't sent HP pic. I wrote to Mr. Nighy 2 times. First time I sent DVD cover from Pirates. 2 times I've recived only one (not mine) pre-signed photo. When I wrote for the 2nd time I explained that I would love to have a personalised success, that I cAN wait even a year for it. That I collect for myself, I don't sell etc. and I added that is my 2nd letter. I recived agian presinged photo. My photos didn't come back. Also note "TRADER" on my enveloppe So sad. This makes me believe that they don't read letters .

I can guarantee they do read letters, as Bill has responded personally numerous times to people. From my point of view, he has created specialist pieces just for me to auction and, while the fundraising angle helps to get attention, if the letters weren't read then that would not have been noticed. While he's doing other things, he's gracious enough to leave presigned pics behind to send out, which is better than nothing. While you may be willing to wait, its possible his PA prefers to get everything sorted quickly and respond on the spot rather than having a letter lying around for ages when it's been opened and actioned for a response.

I am happy that I have something back! For sure! I think is great that some stars have presiged photos! And maybe you have right but why in this case they didn't send my DVD cover. They don't put on the enveloppe iteps from ppl. I assume that maybe they don't read beacuse of -trader- on my enveloppe.

Yeay maybe it's question of luck But I see that they usually don't send items from fans with presigned photo. I just post it beacuse some ppl wants to write again. I just want let them know.

When he gets the time, he personalises. Why abuse another address and cause him annoyance when he signs through that one when he can. Over the years I have had double figure responses from him, he's a good signer, you just have to be patient sometimes.
