CONGRATS! She is brilliant at fan mail considering she is uber famous and getting old. Then, again...the older generation are better at letters and all that compared to the younger generations.

You have to be patient. This person got a fast reply because he's from the UK and he used a 1st class stamp which means the shipment only takes 1 day to get delivered.
