I only used it twice and it was only because people don't know how to read clearly. BTW--in that other post I made to you just now, just an FYI and clarification, it isn't saying that the autograph was fake that I found rude it was how it was being said. People made remarks about her age and health factors. Those are NOT necessary and nor are they very nice to make. Someones age and health should NEVER be something to make RUDE remarks towards. THAT is what I was calling rude and you miss-understood me on that part just the same as I mistook you as someone else accidentally. If you are all bored with it...then why are you responding and why are other people saying the same thing to everyone who makes a post about a specific person? Like shouldn't the people sending out the autograph requests be able to make up their own mind on their own picture? And shouldn't the allowed to accept the fact it may not be authentic when they send it out? I just don't understand all the unnecessary comments people make on here in relation to that. Especially rude ones, WHICH cjhanson has repeatedly made on this posting and on other ones as well.
People have opinions, some don't know how to phrase it without being a tool, some have problems on occasion (myself included, like anyone) in how to phrase things. I find gifs pointless, they just draw attention to yourself and make you look foolish. I don't see any need for insulting dead people, but I also don't see the need for constant outpourings of grief about the death of someone you don't know on an autograph forum, at least not in the feedback section. On the authenticity, it's a forum, and people will comment on whether or not they think it is the real deal or not, and will provide the reasons they think that. In reality, the comments about her age and health potentially impinging on her ability to sign are logical.

Bottom line... it's the internet, people will pass comment, if you don't like it, best bet is not to read it.

I feel bad for Esther's secretary for now being unemployed. But there's a huge market for secretaries so she shouldn't have too much trouble. Perhaps another sick, wheelchair bound, elderly star can employ her.

As I already said before I don't care if anyone says it's fake or not. I just don't like people discriminating against other people. Age discrimination is a REAL thing and so is health discrimination. I use gifs all the time for things because they help get the point across in my opinion. This was my own post and I posted it before she died because I received the autograph before she died and I was simply shocked when I heard the news she had died because I had received the autograph literally a week earlier so I made one comment and then suddenly people started coming out of the woodwork and being mean which is uncalled for.

This is the last reply I'm making and it's to say that I sent a message to the admin just like I said I was going to. Tired of all this disrespectful behaviour on this post. So please everyone whether your remark is nice or not, do not post anything more on my thread! Thanks to all the good people out there.

You will swiftly learn Admin does not respond to issues like that, there's only one staff member who will, and it's not the Admin. Regarding comments being made, I've said already, you may not agree with everything posted, after all, the world is a big place, with a lot of opinions, some you might agree with, some you won't. Irrespective of this, posting things along the lines of "I have told you to stop posting" and "I've gone to tell Admin like I said I would" are more likely to bring ridicule from certain factions, and fire them up to comment even more.

The internet is a big big place, and people will air their thoughts on it... but until you own the forum, and have Admin control, you don't get to tell people what they can and cannot post, regardless of what you think of their comments.

I really hope Esther's secretary can find herself employment. I have my fingers crossed for her.

I am only commenting here because the OP felt the need to send a ranting PM to me in order to try and maintain their "i'm not posting any more in this thread" angle. I've just flicked through this entire thread again, and I would love to know where the "illegal ageist" comments are... all I can see is cjhanson being a tool, and pointing out the Esther Williams was old, frail and had medical conditions, nothing actually offensive.

Of course, I haven't slept in the last two days, so it's possible I am hallucinating. Could someone please provide relevant quotes if possible, or better still stop sending me massive PMs of nothing!
