Supertoneman - congratulations on a genuine Carrie Fisher autograph.

So you're saying that since you sent a smaller picture, she took her normally condensed signature and stretched it out?

it might be possible. hence the reason i am looking to do some more homework before tossing it. it is not in a frame, and if so it was going to be going into a frame that is only a dollar. i like that it is being discussed in a better fashion than was before. i do thank you all for the opinion on this subject. i am going to have a quick judgement of authenticity on it for the 7 dollars on my next payday to be for certain of what it is. if it comes up negative at least then i can have the piece of mind that of what it is and not regret doing it before tossing it.

This autograph looks very similar to the ones she signs on the smaller pictures and trading cards, also looks very similar to a picture a friend of mine has which is signed in a small long rectangular box underneath the actual image of leia. I think it is real but I don't personally have one to compare it to.
Most wanted :- Harrison Ford, carrie fisher and David Prowse

I can say that is REAL for a fact honestly...it being perosnalized it is proof(there for its basically unsellable, her thoutghts).

That is very rare though cause yes she has 2 sec.s Who do a horrible tiny sig compared to hers. And she rarely answers her mail personally.

Trust me I know from the inside.

In defense do Debbie she does sign her mail. She has piles of PRE signed photos ( her assistant inserts your name) but she does sign I have worked with her many times in signing items you have to remember she is from the old studio days where you have fans to keep happy, and she tries her hardest.

Her daughter can be another story.

With all due respect, you need to provide evidence to make those claims. The argument of "it's dedicated so it's real" doesn't really hold water... perhaps you've heard of John Travolta?

Yes but again I have nothing to do with John Travolta and his fakes that are sends out.
I simply know why Carrie personalizes as many as possible there for they are only valuable to the person they are inscribed to. Therefore she can can charge her now $90 a pop at conventions for a flat signed sellable autograph. Inscription was not my evidence of it being real it is that she inscribed it. Which neither one of her secs have authority to do. Which I also know that the timeline is correct because she was spending some down time at home before she went to Australia and now Germany. So my argument is not only do I know how she hates to sign unless getting paid(with a few exceptions here and there, like when she touring in Wishful Drinking or rarely a piece of mail) but I also know her and her mother and all their assistants quite well. But honestly what probably got this photo signed was it was a small piece of mail instead of a larger more marketable photo.
