Who has a fan mail address at the National Baseball Hall of Fame Cooperstown, NY?????? Do they actually sign at the HOF address???

The Hall of Fame will only forward fan mail to those Hall of Famers who accept forwarded fan mail, though this is still not a guarantee of success.

Sometimes you just have to take a chance and try the address that you have. That is part of collecting autographs through the mail. Sometimes you will have success and sometimes you won't. Their are no 100% locks for success.
