Celebs who don't need a SASE

Sorry if this isnt the right spot to put this as I'm only familiar with the feedback section. I was wondering if anyone knew of celebs who will reply even if you don't include a SASE. While I know its always the acceptable and courteous thing to include one which ones will respond? I hope this doesn't blow up like it did when I asked at another place... They acted as if I had started World War 3! One last thing is I want to send 4x6 photos. What size envelope will I need to fit those, SASE and a letter... thanks for the help! I'm new at this...

I would like to say your odds are so much better of getting a autograph from anyone and everyone if you send a self addressed stamped envelope!
