Copyright issues when printing photos

Wanted to know if anyone if coming across any problems to have photos printed lately?
So when I send out a request I get photos off the net of the actor then get them printed and send them with my request.
I have been doing this for years with no worries, then all of a sudden today I went to pick my photos up and they said I can no longer print as it's a copyright issue.
I'm in Australia and always print at BIG W.
Has anyone else in Australia started to have this problem? Are there any other places I can get them printed where they are not worried?
As I'm now left to wonder how I'm going to get quality photos printed for my auto requests.
Any help at all would be appreciated, especially info on where I can print where I'm not going to come up against problems like this.

I order my photos online from the UK arm of Snapfish, never had an order refused. They have an Australian website too. I am on their mailing list and they have discounts and coupon codes all the time so I tend to order when there is free shipping, 1p prints etc.

I am also from Australia I'm from Sydney and i always print my photos at officeworks there should be one near you.. I have never printed at Big W before :/ but have printed at other places such as Bing Lee and Camera shops never had any issue maybe they are just being a pain in the bum Good Luck

I actually went to a different BIG W and they printed no worries, so go figure.
Will keep both snapfish and officeworks (didn't know they had photo lab) in mind, it's just Big W is a lot cheaper when it comes to 5x7 photos.

Yeah some people are just too protective over copy right like come on all you're doing is printing off a photo lol !
How much do they cost for a 5x7 photo at Big W i know Officeworks is 8 cents a print which is cheap
