I sent LOR, coupon IRC, one photo and SASE - 29/07/2013. Today I received an unsigned photo and a letter of apology from the agency. I sent to the address listed at fanmail.biz However, I think it is worth writing to the address VV and I will look for him. Maybe one day I will succeed. From what I've seen around, usually she signs the letter when you get a RTS/Success.

So if she's not on there, maybe he does have a new agent. I wanted to send her a letter specifically, before I post to Mr Rickman. Just wanted to get some confirmation on some rumors about him being very picky with what he signs and such lol!

He signs pictures only from some roles, he won't sign anything Harry Potter TTM, and your best chance of getting a signed return is a standard headshot.
