I call BS on that. I possess one of her children's books that was signed IN PERSON and a copy of her autobiography that was signed TTM and the signatures are identical. What evidence do you have to support your accusation?

I think she probably doesn't sign photos sent to her PA (ie via the address that everyone uses) as the PA can happily & accurately use the reasoning of copyright to reduce the signing workload. But she seems to sign books and bookplates. But Dame Julie will sign at booksignings or via venue ... perhaps not if she's inundated with mail. I read and article that compared - quite unflatteringly - Dame Julie and Angela Lansbury when they recently toured Australia at a similar time. According to the atricle, AL spent a lot of time talking to fans and signing, after a show of driving Miss Daisy. the writer said JA did not.
But she certainly did TTM VV

unless youre a moderator, what gives you the authority to whinge about what people post?

& if you are a moderator, why not just delete the thread?

if someone had a recent Julie Andrews success or failure, surely its relevant for other Julie Andrews collectors?
