Hey,
Basically the answer is that you'll be lucky to get anything back. He's normally quicker than that, but 9/10 come back with an autopenned signature anyway. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

He was doing some filming of The Hobbit. I recently sent to him VV, but I don't expect to hear anything back. I heard he's terrible at signing TTM.

Because there is really no point in asking. No one here knows why CelebA/B/C doesn't reply, unless they are known to be non signers. The item could have been lost, delayed, mislaid, anything, but the point is that is the same for any request at any time. Posting "Why?" here does no good.
