Ok thanks for all the help everyone.
So I'm sending a 9x12 envelope with Canadian postage (as I'm sending from Canada to US). Inside the envelope is another self addressed envelope which contains my LOR, 2 photos, and 1 IRC (as I can't get any US postage here). Is that enough or should I send 2 (or 3?) IRCs? Thanks a bunch for all the help so far- I'm brand new to this and I'm super excited to get started!

Alternatively you could get some US$1 bills through a bank or travel agency (these are the places to get them in the UK so I am assuming Canada also).
Or Bri0626 here on the forum sells US stamps, although she is only able to offer this kind service for about 6 weeks more.

You must have skimmed through my message, and accidentally missed what I said, but it costs around $5 to send to Canada from the United States. So, being that IRCs are only worth $1.10, you're going to want to enclose 5 of them.hardc0remarv3lfan wrote:Ok thanks for all the help everyone.
