Maybe they're trying to be sneaky and make you think it's authentic. :P I saw on facebook not too long ago they had a contest where the big prize was a "Signed Photo Of The NCIS Cast!". It was this same preprint, lol.

I don't know why they even bother paying money for stamps and printing out these photos and letters if they're just pre-prints.

They want to please their fans and see this as the way of doing it. They know darn well what the difference between "pre signed" and not authentically signed is (Pre print) but it's a fib or white lie they hope novice fans will believe.

Some don't care if it's PP or authentically signed as evident on this site sometimes.

It is a pre-print. I requested two and got two back but the signatures were the exact same. I still like mine though because it's pretty cool considering I'll never be able to collect all there signatures authentically. Congrats on your success!
