Chevy Chase AP FAILURE

About 1-2 months ago i sent SASE, PHOTO and VERY LONG LOR to Chevy Chase PRIVATE ADDRESS. Yesterday i received my photo back with the usual auto-pen. I'm not going to waste time posting pics for this. If anyone knows how to get him authentic TTM post on here or PM me. I have now sent to him 3 times and still have gotten auto-pen.
