ran into pettis a few days ago. asked him why he hasnt signed his latest walk out shirt for me and the pic i sent from when he got the belt... got them few days later. what a guy

I wonder did he use a black sharpie on your shirt? The one he used on my cards was ready for the garbage. Still excited for the return tho. Sent 11-21-13 got friday

Well im gonna try my luck and resend him with a new sharpie and say keep the sharpie for future fan mail. Lol those mats are bad ass tho ya like them bud? Pm me your address I owe ya one for the royce pic remember?

...And then our favorites, the guys that sign no matter what.

I admit my fanfare is EASILY swayed by guys signing their fanmail.
I'll totally "cheer" for the fanmail signer over the non-signer in a fight, ALL the time. haha
Or just cheer against the guy I know doesn't sign. I'm shallow like that. haha

Overall because the fan appreciation from MMA fighters & that at least 80% of fighters are good about signing fanmail I don't really care for MLB & NFL athletes any more.
It took me a couple weeks to get enough motivation to send this 1 Peyton Manning card I had sitting here.
Even with pals goading me to send it.

I have tried sending to Peyton Manning on 4 different occasions over the span of around 3 years and haven't gotten a success. I have even tried sending a donation to the Peyback foundation and still got the preprint he sends back. I just sent to him for the 5th time around a week ago and if I don't get a success I think I'm done sending to him unless he becomes automatic later on in his career.
