BTW I tested this before. He was overseas doing promo for a movie and I sent him @ his CA Address and like one week later I got a success from him with the return address from CA, BUT he was in the UK still. (How do i know he was in UK still? I seen it on E News which says new news monday to friday!)

An argument that will never work for ANYONE with common sense. Sorry.
If it's not signed by the celebrity in question, it isn't a success, and in this case is NOT a new celebrity in your collection. Such is life. If that's how you choose to waste your money cool, but don't expect to be able to post non authentics online and not get told about it.
