Yeah, I live in the US so I know they use it. I wouldn't risk it. Not worth it to me. I can afford other stamps.Jammydodger wrote:
Depends which country your talking about as a lot of country's don't have that and I reuse stamps every week and had no mail charge yet. It's hardy fraud if the stamps haven't been stamped it a bit like being a newspaper seller flicking through the paper reading the sport headlines then reselling it. Lol

It depends on what post office you go to, really. Sometimes there will be postage due stamped on a package yet the mail man will never charge me. Sometimes one post office will say they want to charge me extra for "do not bend" but then I've gone to others and they say no such thing.johnnylightninglives wrote:I don't know how it is in America but here in Canada you do not pay more if you write "do not bend"![]()
P.S. I think that deal about them being able to tell under some special light if u reuse stamps is a dream considering the u.s. postal service is almost broke and are tryin to just keep post offices open so yeah I don't think the odd person reusing a stamp is a priority ...
You would most likely get postage due. If it's coming back from a different country - who knows. You'd probably still get it with nothing due.cagneyfan wrote:I don't put return address on my SASE's in case I get a RTS - so I don't have to mess with re-doing the return address when I re-use the envelope sending to someone else. But, what happens if the star adds something to it and then mails it and there is now insufficient postage?
