If you had no RTS, then the venue definitely received it. I doubt they'd have thrown it away though. It was more likely that Iron Maiden just didn't sign for whatever reason, which is bad really, but maybe they had a lot of mail? or maybe they've taken it with them?

Try it someday again. Iron Maiden are little bit hard to get. Sometimes they reply, sometimes not. I saw some success here on FanMail VV from Irons
