Taking a look at posts from other people, it doesn't seem as though they have had any luck sending to her (take a look at this is you want to read the other posts for yourself - http://www.fanmail.biz/search/?q=lucy+h ... anmail.biz). That being said, maybe you will get lucky if you try sending to her. When it comes to sending autograph requests, one person's success or failure doesn't always guarantee the same for someone else. Good luck!
Sometimes you just have to take a chance and try the address that you have. That is part of collecting autographs through the mail. Sometimes you will have success and sometimes you won't. Their are no 100% locks for success.
