Did you just so happen to have 3 of these laying around that you decided to send in 3 different shipments over a 3 day period (with 2 in one day, no less) before you even knew that the first two wouldn't be signed?

And isn't it funny how an RTS from the Post Office gets back to you the exact same day as a request that made it to its destination, was opened, had the unsigned item put back in the SASE, and was shipped back to you?
