I live in Norway, but would like to get i signed picture of Ben Browder for my husband. But I don`t understand any of the rules for sending the picture and all the stamps and so on..

There are many (too many) topics regarding your question Anyway, you have to use two envelopes. The first envelope will be addressed to yourself, with stamps of the country that you're sending your request (if you can't get stamps you may enclose money), and the picture of Ben Browder. Then, you'll need a second envelope. This envelope will be addressed to Ben Browder, and you will put the first envelope in the second envelope. Of course, you have to write a letter to Ben Browder in order to make him to know about your request.
