I'm confused on how to get VV addresses

I need some help I know to look on IMDB and see what's filming or going to film..but then I don't know where to go from there. Do I just look at the production co and write to that company and hope the celeb gets it? What if there is multiple production companies how do I know which one to write? I'm really confused I've been trying to educate myself for the past few days but I just seem to be going in circles! If anyone can help..I'd appreciate it. PM's are welcome

I can't help with tv or movies, but I found several websites through google which list current and upcoming Broadway and London theatre shows for example

Yeah I pretty much got it figured out how to get theatre addresses and see what shows are on/coming up but I'm really confused on trying to find movie addresses. Thanks anyways!

Yes, I would also like some tips. I have done some searching on google, but didn't come up with anything. In fact, what does come up are my posts on here asking for a particular movie set address. I'm not sure I'm putting the right words in the search box.

I'm not an expert by any means and like you guys I am still learning. The ones that I have found myself I started by going through the production companies. Still, there is no point mailing your request to a California office if the film (or whatever) is going on in Chicago (example). You can start doing your homework by finding out in which city the venue is and what code name it is going by (films often do this). Thankfully there are tons of fans doing all that leg work for you so go through media sites (I use twitter) to see what people are saying. There are also websites dedicated to what films will be or are currently in production and where they are. Then you need to find out if one of the production companies has opened a branch in that particular city. They won't publicly post it on their website but since it is a business it might show up on an online directory (this is how I found the venue address for Mockingjay). Sometimes they will go through a local production company. In those cases it's trickier because they don't share the name. Personally I like to ask people here on the forum if they can point me in the right direction and usually they do. Some might even share with you, it just depends on the person. This is going to sound crazy but you have to become kind of like a stalker lol. It's tedious but worth it

I don't think the production company is the right place to send a request, as they are based in one place. What must be looked for instead is the filming studio, which sometimes is mentioned in the news (I've found this info in articles a lot of times, see Star Wars VII for example). And if not the filming studio, then the local production office, as mentioned before. Sometimes, it can be very easy to find them, sometimes it's harder. Good luck!
