Help with German stamp

Hi!
I got a response from Germany the other day. This is the envelope

Can anyone tell me if this stamp was enough or did they pay something? Can you even tell this by looking at the envelope?

Whats the size and the weight of the envelope with the autograph? For a normal envelope 0,75 Euro, if it´s more than 20 grams, 1,50 Euro.

Yes, it was normal envelope, it sould be 0.75 euro i think
