I sent a letter of Request to Mr. McCord on 01/04/14.
I received my letter back with Return to Sender on the top. I got it back 06/07/14. Does any body know his current address?
Check out the pic if you want to. The Address was

you have to pay $35 for his autograph. full empire promos said not to message them with autograph requests.
