Is the pm system down?

every time I try to pm it gives me this error message

That message also appears after I've posted something yet the post still gets on to the forum (if you see what I mean).

However some people don't realise this and are posting the same thing over and over, look at this post:

Can someone please delete the repeated messages from The_ Terrible_Toad_King please?

This is also happening with several other topics/posts on the forum.

I just checked my outbox amd my messages are there, so does that mean its working? even with the error message

I've been getting the same problem too when posting. I'll assume others are having the same problem too. Sometimes it's normal, other times I'll get the error message.

The forum posting / PM's should work as normal (all my posts have gone through OK ) It's just that you don't get the regular message after you've sent a PM or posted: "Your message has been entered successfully."
