Carla Laemmle age 104 passed away yesterday. At 100 she was so very kind to sign 2 pictures and wrote me a very kind note of appreciation. Her Uncle founded Universal Studios and she was in the original silent film the Phantom of the Opera and also had the very first line in the original Dracula.

Sam Kelly best known to British fans as Hans Geering in 'Allo 'Allo sadly passed away yesterday aged 70. RIP. :(

UK TV actor Ray Lonnen passed away yesterday after a 3 year fight against cancer. Known for The Sandbaggers & Harry's Game amongst countless others, inc a 1973 Doctor Who tale. He was 74. {up} I obtained his autograph some 4 weeks ago.
