There are obvious differences between the secretarials and authentic in-person signatures. If you look at every stroke of the pen you can spot them. We've been through this a dozen times before.

Compare this in-person to the TTMs and you can spot the obvious variances.

Looks cool but unfortunately meaningless to the secretarial issue.
There will never be a video of him signing the signature that people get ttm, because it's not his signature.

The ttms are fake. The in-person street meet, in-person book signing and private signing signatures prove the difference.

I agree that may not be his house on Mariposa. Considering his fan mail is there it could be. That is Dick Van Dyke's official twitter and that actually is him on the video.
