Join the UACC!!

Howdy folks, I'm here to invite you to join the UACC or the Universal Autograph Collector's Club. For just $29, yes you read that right, for under $30 you too could hold the irrelevant title and have the extraneous prestige that our UACC members enjoy. Why join? Uneducated and idiot collectors will automatically trust your opinion when it comes to autograph authenticating. Yes that's correct, they will willingly, without any questions, purchase your items and fill your pockets with free money. Who likes FREE money? Crooks, that's right, thieves! If you're clueless about autograph collecting and have no idea how to spot a fake, well don't worry little feller, nimrods will still buy your fake signatures. That's how UACC name works, membership pays for itself. Let's recap, if you have no soul and don't mind ripping innocent and uneducated people off, then the UACC is for you. People need to realize there is a big difference between being a UACC member and being a UACC dealer!

Member or dealer makes no difference.

I remember seeing many secretarial Charlton Heston (and other celebrities) autographs on their sales website. Granted, this was in the time before many knew of his secretarial use but still, they weren't selling authentic autographs and ignorance is no excuse.

UACC is no difference than "John's Autographs" or whatever generic COA buyers have. Maybe UACC has a better reputation amongst collectors but again, even if they sold one Heston, they sold a fake. No excuses! People need to do research and not invest in something simply because of a name.

With ANY auto you have to do your research. It even goes that way with some PSA/JSA authenticated stuff. No one should just buy an auto unless they know it is authentic. Thats common sense.

But with being a member and a dealer there is a difference. A lot of dealers just become members because its easier and it does and will fool people into thinking they are legit. Any collector can join the UACC but they are not recognized by UACC to sell autographs. The dealers who are registered with UACC have to pay more $$ and a more extensive application. With references to become one. The dealers are the ones who are more looked at and checked for if selling fakes etc. I am sure some people become a registered dealer only to sell a fake or two down the road, because people are sneaky. But, If you see a UACC registered dealer selling fakes, contact UACC. See what they do. Instead of bitching about it on an auto forum.

And again even so, no matter who you buy from you should always do research before purchasing. If you dont, thats your problem (and I am talkingr about people in general.)
