Why is this happening around here?

Over the course of these last couple weeks, I have noticed several legitimate autographs being moved to the "Trash" section. Maybe I'm just ignorant to a policy being ignored by these posters in question, but I can't help but wonder why this is happening... can somebody please educate me? :?
