Sent to Peyton Manning a little over a week ago, received both unsigned. I've heard some say it's a hit or miss with him. Would sending something other than a trading card give me a better chance for a success? Or is it just luck? I'm trying to get one for my dad since he's such a big fan, and I want one for myself, so I'm trying to get 2 things signed.

Heard somebody got back Calvin Johnson today. Did anyone else hear that as well?

I got back Calvin Johnson today. Had sent him an 8x10 last year, kinda wrote it off. Hopefully he signs my helmet I sent last week as well!

It is a timing thing I guess. I sent a mini helmet last year and it came back 3 weeks later signed. 2 of my buddies tried as well but their items came back unsigned. If you really want it I would just keep trying

I'd agree that he's hit or miss as well. I sent a card to him last year during the middle of the season and it came back signed about 2 weeks later. I tried sending to him in 2012 around the middle of the season also and my card came back unsigned. I sent to the Broncos Stadium both times. Guess you just have to try your luck.

Got a return today from former 49er Jim Fahnhorst. Mr Fahnhorst signed 2/2 cards and inscribed 1 "3x Super Bowl Champ" and inscribed the other "#55 San Francisco 49ers".
