Hey I'm fairly new to this hobby. I have a few questions? Trying to find a cheaper way to send ttms. How do you send multiple cards,(without a hinged case) so that signature doesn't smear. Any other info will help. Thanks for everything.

Signatures will smear occasionally no matter how you send them... it depends on how quickly the fighter signs the cards and puts them back in the envelope.

I got tired of signatures rubbing on the backs of other cards in the envelope & on inside of envelope so I have started sending a 3 card row/section cut from an Ultra Pro binder page & sending that.
Cards have been coming back very clean ever since.
Other smearing is caused if you don't "prep" the glossy card surface with baby powder or rub down with eraser.
There is no visible change to cards but it causes ink to not smear.
Test for yourself & check/search this thread for more details since this was described before.
Good luck.

I'd make sure to prep the cards (using baby powder).
As far as protecting the cards/signatures goes, I take two index cards and tape them on three edges creating a a little pocket/envelope. I write "Cards Inside" on the outside of the pocket and put the prepped cards inside.

Thanks for the info. Going to try the eraser, or/or baby powder real soon. If I send to Canada or Brazil in regular envelope do I need a customs report or that country's postage. Thanks again

No customs form.
It's considered correspondence documents.
