Alan Rickman failure

On 1st September 2014 I send LOR, SAE+IRC + 2 photos. Today I recieved my unsigned photos back and the letter with apologies that Alan Rickman is in Toronto and he couldn't sign my items.

Sorry about the failure. I have also received failures from his management too :( I'm planning on sending in a few weeks so hopefully he will be around in the UK then :)
