sending items and not including SASE

Over the past three months I've sent items for celebs to sign... and although I've been collecting autographs for 10 yrs, I didn't know (until recently) that I actualy had to take the time and money to write out an envelope and include it with the things I'm sending. so my question is.. if I haven't gotten my DVD covers returned, should I send another envelope that includes an SASE and a note requesting my dvd covers back?

You could do that but the chances of receiving your DVD cover back is slim. Stars receive so much fan mail and things to sign that if they received your DVD cover and you didn't send an SASE and they require an SASE(prepaid envelope) they may just throw it out.

About how long have you waited for these to be returned? It could take a celeb up to 3 years to respond! If it hasn't been that long yet I would just wait, but if in a year or so you still haven't gotten anything maybe try writing requesting your DVD cover back, but don't be disappointed if you don't.
