Whether it is possible to obtain autograph Alan Rickman from him agency? I saw that all received from VV adress. Please, help me.

I've sent one off to his agency today to give it ago... fingers crossed. Will reply back here if I receive anything but doesnt look hopefully from the lack of feedback :(
